SNGPL has made it easy to check your new gas connection application status online by CNIC. This is a convenient way to find out when your connection will be installed, especially if you are not comfortable using the internet or need assistance from a customer service representative.
To check your application status online, simply visit the SNGPL website and click on the “Application Status” link. You will be prompted to enter your CNIC number. Once you have entered your CNIC number, click on the “Submit” button. Your application status will be displayed on the screen.
If you are not able to check your application status online, you can also call the SNGPL helpline at 1199 and provide your CNIC number to a customer service representative. The representative will be able to look up your application status and provide you with an update
Alternative Ways to Check Your SNGPL New Gas Connection Application Status by CNIC
If you have submitted an application for a new SNGPL gas connection, you can check its status online on the SNGPL website. The website is available in both Urdu and English.
To check your application status, you will need your reference number. You can find this number on the acknowledgement receipt that you received when you submitted your application.
Once you have your reference number, go to the SNGPL website and click on the “Online Services” link. Then, click on the “Application Status” link. Enter your reference number and click on the “Submit” button.
Your application status will be displayed on the screen. There are four main stages of processing:
- In Process
- Survey Offered
- Rejected
- Issuance of Demand Notice
If your application status is “Issuance of Demand Notice”, this means that your connection has been approved and you will need to pay the connection charges. Once you have paid the connection charges, your new gas connection will be installed within the prescribed timeframe.
